During my research carrier, I have been involved in a number of national as well as international scientific projects as listed below:
- An Explanable Active Learning Agent for Intrusion Detection and Risk Assessment on MIL-STD-1553-based Avionics Networks. The goal of this project was to design an intrusion detection system for MIL-STD-1553 communication bus. I was involved in this projects as a post-doctoral fellow from 01/2021 to 06/2021. The project was funded by the Canadian Department of National Defense Innovation for Defense Excellence and Security (IDEaS).
- The ADT2P National project: The main goal of the Attack-Defense Trees Theory Meets Practice project (ADT2P) is to elevate the Attack-Defense tree methodology to an industrially applicable security analysis framework and to integrate it with standard risk assessment tools. I was involved in this project as a graduate researcher from 09/2015 to 07/2017. The project was funded by the the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR).
- The TREsPASS European project: The Technology-supported Risk Estimation by Predictive Assessment of Socio-technical Security Project (TREsPASS). I was involved in this project as a graduate researcher from 09/2015 to 10/2016. The project was funded by the European Commission’s Seventh Framework Programme.
